Belated happy new year

Clunkers, Classics, Cruisers, Muscle, Pixie, High, singlespeed, or any style bicycle are welcome on these social rides around the Green Bay Area. Pace is what we call parade pace, meaning slow and steady. Rides are free, but most rides go to a destination, and riders are encouraged to support the stop.

Note from Bay Shore Bike Club Photographer,Dawn Delvaux Goodman:
I have posted the photos from the 10/17/9 Chocolate Clunker Ride on the Bay Shore Bike Club Web Site (bayshorebikeclub.org).
They can be found under New Picture Gallery, in the area called "Non Club Mass Biking Events". Click on that item, then click on the first picture in the event entilted "Chocolate Clunker Ride 10-17-9" and you can move through the series of photos the album includes.
There are TONS of nice shots of the various cool clunker bikes, as well as individual shots of hopefully every rider. If I missed anyone, I apologize. I truly tried to get everyone that I could so that you'd have a memento of the event.
Thanks to Dale & Wayne for leading a wonderful day of riding--and thanks to other folks who helped out as well. This is always such a fun event!
Special kudos to Kavarna Coffee Shop for once again being our host place and all the good, hot beverages you served to get us started up. It was quite a chilly start--the "fresh from the oven" chocolate chunk cookie I had was especially yummy.
Tons of thanks should also go out to the wonderful chocolate shops that accommodated such a vast amount of invading bicyclists so graciously: Seroogys, Kaaps, and Beerntsen Candies.
Is there anything better than riding your biking AND eating chocolate?!
Bikecitedly,
Dawn
PS: the video of this event is not finished being edited at this time, but I will put a note up where to find it when it is done.
